Return and Refund Policy

Our garments are all on a made to order basis specially handcrafted for you. We assume that you agree to our terms and conditions when placing an order. Once an order is placed, we do not offer any return or an exchange. However, to make customer experience smooth Neitri will provide a credit note against any product which is damaged or has stains, only if the customer informs Neitri about the same through email within 48 hours. Once we receive the return piece, we will take 1-2 business days to initiate refund to your original payment method. 

NOTE : Sale pieces are not applicable for return or exchange under any circumstances.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
