Our garments are all on a made to order basis specially handcrafted for you. We assume that you agree to our terms and conditions when placing an order. Once an order is placed, we do not offer any return or an exchange. We do not offer any refunds. However, to make customer experience smooth Neitri will provide a credit note against any product which is damaged or has stains, only if the customer informs Neitri about the same through email within 24 hours.
